All orders are dispatched from the UK. We aim to send every order on the next working day after purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. You'll receive tracking details where available.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, in its original, unused condition with any packaging and tags.
To arrange a return, simply email us at hello@yumeya.co.uk and we'll provide the return address and instructions.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
