2. Products
All products are genuine and brand new unless otherwise clearly stated in the listing. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product packaging may occasionally vary.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We are not currently VAT registered. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
4. Orders
Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order; a contract is formed once we dispatch the item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
5. Delivery
We dispatch from the UK and aim to send orders the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. To arrange a return, email hello@yumeya.co.uk. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
